The International Virtual Exchange Consortium Board is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to help offset the cost of attending IVEC 2024, held online 21-24 October 2024. Scholarships advance equity and inclusion at the conference by supporting the participation of delegates who would otherwise be unable to attend.
Preference is given to first-time participants from developing countries or underrepresented higher education institutions, as well as graduate students and early career researchers, who have a demonstrated commitment to advancing virtual exchange at their institution or through their careers.
All scholarship recipients are expected to actively participate in at least three of the four days of the conference.

To apply for a scholarship, click below and complete the form by Monday, July 22, 2024. All scholarship requests will be reviewed by the IVEC conference planning committee, which will make determinations based on the selection criteria.
Recipients will be notified by August 5, 2024.
